The doctors who use this laser claim that it can be used to remove small pockets of fats or cellulite almost anywhere in the body, except the eyes. Well, this is a bit of exaggeration but gullible consumers fall for this nonsense. The doctors claim the laser is very safe and does not cause damage to any nerves or blood vessel (This is B.S.)

Smart Lipo is done under local anesthesia. The laser is introduced underneath the skin and all the fat is zapped away. The laser fiber is moved around and breaks up the fat particles. Over time these broken down fat particles vanish- at least that is what is claimed
